In this section you can update your B&D function title and write a short description/summary about the highlights of your career and/or qualifications and try to summarize your experience to better target the missions you can do and as importantly you want to do.

2.1 Function title

The function title is a general title that indicates your domain specialization. 

Examples: Junior CRM consultant, Senior BI consultant, Junior Java consultant, Senior eBusiness consultant


2.2 Short description

The short description or profile summary includes your educational background and mainly highlights the specific experience, knowledge and skills you have. The summary must be between 5 to 10 lines.
Make sure you use ‘He’ or ‘She’ and write in complete sentences. Pay attention to the spelling and grammar.

Example 1: John is a detail-oriented IT professional with ten years of experience as a software support specialist and systems/network technician. Skilled at operating in a wide range of platforms. Excellent written and oral communication skills; capable of explaining complex software issues in easy-to-understand terms.

Example 2: Lisa is a seasoned consultant, skilled in analysis and project management providing effective business strategies and solutions for Business Intelligence and Enterprise Information Management projects. Her past projects ranged from re-engineering business processes, leading requirement sessions and producing artifacts for technical teams. Lisa's core competencies include converting requirements into effective business design, innovative solutions for specific business application needs and adaptability to any industry. She is flexible, able to meet tight deadlines, and able to organize and prioritize deliverables.


2.3 Profile picture

You should also upload a professional profile picture of yourself in this section. No holiday or duck face pictures!
B&D regularly works together with a professional photographer who will come on one of our events to take a professional picture of our consultants, but until then, we can take a photo on your first day if you don’t have one already.
